Jung-Lee Type Foundry values your privacy and will always process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Our privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Data processing
Which personal data do we process?

Information you give to us or our partners, such as name, home address, email address, and payment details; and Information we get from visits to our website, such as IP-addresses.

General purpose of the processing
We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations.

Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will not be shared with this party.

Web hosting
Combell

We have opted for Combell for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services are hosted by this party. Webtic has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for another purpose. Webtic is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Combell has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures for loss and to prevent unauthorized use of your personal data. Webtic is obliged to observe secrecy on the grounds of the agreement.

Email services
Combell

For our regular email correspondence we use the services of Combell. Combell processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. Webtic has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Combell is obliged to maintain secrecy on the basis of the confidentiality agreement.

Transactional emails and mailing lists
MailChimp

Our website uses MailChimp, a third party that handles the transactional e-mails and the sending of our newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website are sent via MailChimp’s servers. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every newsletter sent automatically via our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click here you will no longer receive newsletters from our website. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that make it clear whether e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of the services and to share information with third parties.

Payment processors
Stripe

Stripe, a recognised Collecting Payment Service Provider, provides the internet payment service for Jung-Lee Type Foundry. Stripe has the Currence certificate to be able to offer iDEAL as CPSP. This means that Stripe meets all Currence requirements. Your payments at Mollie are always made via secure EV-SSL connections. Stripe processes your name, address
and residence details, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Stripe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Stripe reserves the right to use your data to provide services to further improve and in this context to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Stripe’s services for which they engage third parties. Stripe does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal terms.

Shipping and logistics
PostNL
We use the services of PostNL for the execution of the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name and address with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting
Jung-Lee Type Foundry does not store your personal data longer than is legally permitted and necessary to serve the initial purposes for which it was collected. The storage period depends on the nature of the information and the purposes of processing. The maximum period may therefore vary per use.

Right of inspection
You always have the right to inspect the data that we process or have processed that relate to your person or that can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to that effect. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data with an overview of the processors who have this data, stating the category under which we have stored this data.

Right to object
You may object to certain use of your personal data if such data is processed for other purposes than necessary for the performance of our services or for compliance with a legal obligation. You may also object to any further processing of your personal data despite prior given consent. You can object to the processing of your personal data by sending a letter. You will receive a response in writing within 30 days.

Information security
We take all reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect our website from unauthorized access to, unauthorized alteration of, the disclosure, or destruction, of the personal data we hold. Should, despite these security measures, a security breach occur that is likely to have negative effects on your privacy, we will inform you about the breach as soon as reasonably possible.
